Returns & Exchanges

At Geometric Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your deck, trucks, or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging, including shrink wrap on boards and tags on apparel; items that have been skated or assembled cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box, affix the provided label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
