How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your proximity to our warehouse.
Do you offer free grip tape with deck purchases?
Yes, every individual deck purchase includes a complimentary sheet of our standard black Geometric grip tape. Premium or graphic grip tape can be added for an additional fee.
What is your return policy on used skate hardware?
We only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Once a board has been skated or gripped, it cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Can I customize a complete skateboard build?
Absolutely. You can use our 'Custom Builder' tool to select your preferred deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings, and our team will professionally assemble it for you at no extra cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
